Refund & Payment Policy

 

All payments made to The Social Nexus Agency are final and non-refundable.

 

By purchasing any service/program, you acknowledge and agree that:

Payment is for services rendered, including time, strategy, consulting, campaign development, digital deliverables, and access to proprietary systems and resources.

Due to the immediate allocation of time, labor, and digital resources, services are considered rendered upon commencement, regardless of outcome or performance metrics.

 

No refunds, chargebacks, or reversals will be issued once payment has been processed.

Results may vary based on external factors outside of our control, including but not limited to platform algorithms (e.g., TikTok), market conditions, audience behavior, and content performance.

 

By completing payment, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to the scope of services, pricing, and delivery expectations outlined in your contractual agreement, invoice, and/or proposal. ALL partnerships will be commenced once a contract has been fully executed.

 

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

 

By submitting payment, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to attempt resolution.

In the event of a dispute or chargeback:

We reserve the right to provide all relevant documentation to the payment processor, including signed agreements, invoices, communication records, and proof of service delivery.

 

Any attempt to dispute a valid charge for services rendered will be considered a breach of agreement and may result in further action.
